About

IMG_3375This blog is dedicated to the world’s gastronomical mecca, Tokyo. Made to keep track of all the delicious food I’ve had the privilege to try in this city. For the next two years (while I’m living here) I will try to cover as many restaurants, cafes and bars as humanly possible . I hope this blog can be a guide to the plethora of delicacies sprawled across this fascinating city . I would also like to apologize beforehand for any spelling and grammar errors throughout this blog as English is not my mother tongue.

Other than that, please enjoy….or as the Japanese say before any meal…Itadakimasu…

  1. Hi there.

I’m founder of http://www.walkedthru.com – which is actually a blog community. We’re currently recruiting bloggers, of all subjects and professions to contribute.

We have kindly been referred to yourselves by the JapanTourist Blog, in which they said you have previously contributed.

And we’re glad they did because I think your blog is a fantastic example of what we are looking for – it is fun, specific, informative, and well written, with great imagery.

We already have a Miami food, a korean food and baking blog are think that your Tokyo Food blog would be a fantastic addition!

So with that I would love to invite you to visit our community, and to ask you if you would like us to list your blog under WalkedThru Tokyo Food perhaps?

    Regards

Hi Bianca. Just found your blog through the travel section of the BBC site. Will be in Tokyo in a couple of month and your posts definitely help putting together an itinerary. Mouth watering! Thanks for sharing all this.

  4. Hi Bianca! What a fantastic blog! I’ll be in Tokyo for a couple of days in March and would love to know which restaurants or cafes you think I should visit. It’s my first trip to Tokyo! :) Cheers, Grace.
